Plaintiff bicycle courier was struck by at-fault automobile driver while at work and sustained serious injury to knee and partial permanent disability. Also received sizeable work-comp benefits. Recovered policy limits on the liability claim of $150,000.00 and policy limits on the underinsured motorist claim of $25,000.00 for a total recovery of $175,000.00.
