We were privileged to represent a young mother who lost three children in a fire. It was a horrible loss to this mother. We filed suit against the owner of the building where the fire took the lives of six people. With the use of fire experts we were able to prove that the smoke detectors were not working and were the reason the six people had not wakened up in time to get out before being overcome with smoke and fire. Lord + Heinlein were able to obtain a fair settlement for this grieving mother so that she could move forward with her life.
